The multimedia message sent by the mobile phone cannot be sent out, which means that the server has not activated the Internet.

Do not rule out the reasons why the system is busy, such as the mobile phone can't send MMS:

1. Check whether the mobile phone supports MMS function;

2. Check whether the parameters of the mobile phone MMS are correct;

3. I suggest you turn off your mobile phone and test it with another one;

4. Check whether the size of the sent MMS is controlled within 50K;

5. Check whether the MMS outbox and inbox are full;
