27. During its existence, all assets are managed and used by off-campus training institutions according to law, and no organization or individual may occupy them.

28. Respond positively to the reasonable demands of students and guardians, and do not infringe upon their legitimate rights and interests for any reason.

29. Sign a written training contract with the trainee or his guardian. For the unfinished training courses of the trainees, the refund shall be handled in strict accordance with the contractual agreement of both parties and relevant laws and regulations, and no unreasonable refund, less refund or extension shall be allowed.

30. Religion should not be used to hinder the activities of the national education system.
