About free nucleic acid testing for people in Luoyang and 27 categories of key personnel who have a history of living outside the city since April 1 Announcement

Based on the latest epidemic prevention and control situation, in order to detect potential risks in a timely manner and effectively protect the health and life safety of the people, the Municipal New Crown Pneumonia Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters Office has decided to carry out certain measures since April 1, 2022. People who have lived outside the city and 27 categories of key personnel in Luo will receive a free nucleic acid test. The relevant matters are now announced as follows:

1. Scope of testing

All persons within the jurisdiction of Luoyang City who have a history of living outside the city since April 1, 2022.

27 categories of key personnel.

2. Testing time

April 12-April 14, 2022.

3. Testing location

Persons with a history of living outside the city since April 1, 2022 can voluntarily choose the nearest nucleic acid testing sampling point for testing.

The sampling points for key personnel in the 27 categories shall be agreed upon in advance by the unit where they work and with the local epidemic prevention and control department.

4. Testing fee

Free.

5. Precautions

Personnel who are included in the scope of nucleic acid testing but fail to undergo nucleic acid testing within the specified time will be assigned a yellow code.

When people with a history of living outside the city participate in the test, they need to show their ID cards and itinerary cards; when 27 categories of key personnel participate in the tests, they need to show their ID cards.

Nucleic acid testing for the 27 categories of key personnel is organized by the unit where they work. During the test, a "Registration Form for Key Personnel" stamped with the official seal of the unit must be submitted.

For those who have recently undergone nucleic acid testing, the sampling time should be more than 24 hours apart from the last time.

For those who have recently been vaccinated against COVID-19, the sampling time for nucleic acid testing should be at least 48 hours apart from the time of COVID-19 vaccination.

During the nucleic acid testing period, please implement personal protective measures such as wearing a mask and wearing a one-meter mask, obey the management of on-site personnel, and consciously maintain good order.
