How do I apply for the TOEFL report card to be reissued (for me)?

Hello.

I took the TOEFL test on X/X this year, and asked to be assigned to XX (institution code XX, type 1- graduate student, department code 99- other departments don't listen).

I checked the delivery record on NEEA website, and the school code filled in was correct.

However, after many times of confirmation with the school, they have not received my TOEFL score so far. (See the email below).

The school application deadline is 165438+ 10/month 1, and the materials have been reviewed. The staff of this school has started to urge my TOEFL report card. So please send it again as soon as possible
