1. After entering the official WeChat account of Tianjin Social Insurance Fund Management Center, click "Electronic Social Security Card" in the "Business Handling" section.

2. Enter your name, ID number and contact number, and then click OK.

3. Tick "Read and agree to the user agreement of electronic social security card" and click "Next".

4. Face recognition according to the operating instructions. Please keep your face in the box all the time during the authentication process, and read the displayed numbers aloud in Mandarin.
