What should I do if I come back from other cities before the announcement of Suzhou Article 62?

Announcement No.62 of Suzhou Epidemic Prevention and Control in 2022:

In order to thoroughly implement the general strategy of "external defense input, internal defense rebound" and the general policy of "dynamic zero clearing", further improve the prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemic in our city, resolutely guard against imported risks, and fully protect public health, we are hereby notified as follows.

1. All foreign (returning) personnel must report to the destination unit, community (village) or hotel in advance with a negative nucleic acid certificate within 48 hours, and collect nucleic acid samples nearby within 12 hours after arriving in Suzhou.

2. From now on, 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 10, 6544 will strictly implement the "7+7" health management measures, that is, 7 days of home health monitoring and 7 days of follow-up health monitoring. In addition, the "3+ 1 1" health management measures are strictly implemented for those who go out (return home) in Suzhou, that is, 3 days of home health monitoring+1 1 day of follow-up health monitoring, 1 day.

3. All foreign (returned) Suzhou personnel shall not participate in any gathering activities during health monitoring, wear masks regularly and actively cooperate with nucleic acid detection.

4. All traffic stations and checkpoints should strengthen the inspection of health codes, travel cards and nucleic acid test reports, and register personnel information. All kinds of units, construction sites, hotels, communities (villages), etc. Strictly implement the information sorting and registration report of personnel coming (returning) to the Soviet Union, strictly check the nucleic acid test report, travel card and health code, and urge the implementation of management measures such as nucleic acid test, health monitoring and isolated medical observation.

5. Open up a green channel for logistics vehicles, and relevant traffic policies shall be formulated separately.

6. All localities and departments in charge of various industries should earnestly fulfill their territorial and industrial management responsibilities, intensify supervision and inspection, and ensure that all measures for epidemic prevention and control are put in place. Violation of epidemic prevention and control regulations, shall be investigated for legal responsibility according to law.

7. At present, the epidemic situation is still grim, and prevention and control cannot be relaxed for a moment. Remind the general public once again that it is not necessary to leave Suzhou, strengthen the awareness of epidemic prevention, comply with epidemic prevention requirements, cooperate with epidemic prevention management, take the initiative to vaccinate, and be the "first responsible person" for their own health.

The above measures shall be implemented as of the date of promulgation.
