Will JD.com automatically confirm the delivery for you?

The default system confirmation is 20 days. After calling to confirm, JD.com will automatically help you confirm receipt.

1. If the customer does not click to confirm receipt of the online payment order, the system will complete the order 20 days after the logistics information is uploaded by default. You can call the customer to confirm receipt as soon as possible.

2. Couriers have business assessments. If they do not deliver on time, they will be fined. So if they can't deliver it to you on time, they will confirm receipt first, and the system will think it has been delivered, and then they will deliver it to you.

3. If the order is shipped by JD.com, there is no need and no confirmation of receipt. The delivery person operates it on the PDA terminal.

If it is shipped by a third party, there will be a "Confirm Receipt" button on the right side of the order information in "My Orders" in the member center.
