① Log in to the Suzhou Garden Tourism website or follow the "Suyuan Tourism" WeChat official account on WeChat to check the Suzhou Garden Annual Card information. Citizens who meet the conditions for the Garden Annual Card can directly apply for a new one. Or renew your ID card and annual garden card.

② Citizens who use the citizen card issued by Suzhou Citizen Card Co., Ltd. to load the Suzhou Garden Annual Card can download the latest version of Smart Suzhou APP to renew the garden annual card.

2. Application at outlets

Residents who meet the application conditions apply for the annual garden card for the first time:

①If you choose Suzhou Citizen Card B to open it, you need to pay the cost of the application 18 yuan, you must go to the site to take photos in person;

② If you choose to use your ID card to directly activate the garden annual card function, you can use your ID card to apply at the new location and pay an annual fee of 120 yuan. You can entrust others to do it for you.

③ Apply with your ID card and valid "Suzhou Municipal Minimum Living Security Certificate for Urban and Rural Residents" and "Suzhou Urban Subsistence Allowance Certificate for Relief for Severely Ill and Difficult Objects".
