Scratch-and-polish is a value-added service tailored by Ping An through train insurance for our quality customers. When your car needs painting repair due to paint damage, our company will provide you with at least one painting service covered with sheet metal for free (the specific number is subject to the content of the short message), and the painting materials and labor costs will be borne by our company.

Sheet metal covers refer to doors, roofs, front covers, rear covers, front bumpers, rear bumpers, left front fenders and right front fenders.

Note: Door, roof, front cover, rear cover, front bumper, rear bumper, left front fender, right front fender, etc. Respectively regarded as an independent sheet metal covering.

The short message of scratch repair service certificate sent by our company shall prevail, and the number of users shall also prevail.

How to use:

1. Please bring your driving license and our current commercial insurance policy (within the insurance period), and present the service voucher to the outlets for verification (the service voucher SMS has the license plate number and voucher password).

2. The license plate number on the service voucher SMS, the license plate number on the valid commercial policy and the license plate number No.3 enjoying this service must be consistent.

3. This service is only used in the cooperative network of scratch repair service designated by our company, and the cooperative network is limited to Shanghai.

4. The validity period of this service is subject to the validity period indicated on the SMS voucher. An "expiration reminder" message will be sent before the expiration, and failure to use the service after the expiration will be regarded as giving up using the service.

Precautions:

1. This service is limited to the cost of painting materials and painting labor. Except for painting, the cost of other repairs and accessories shall be borne by the customer at a 10% discount on the labor cost and a 10% discount on the material cost not exceeding the charging standard of the repair unit.

2. When the actual maintenance scope of your car exceeds the number of surfaces provided by our company free of charge, the price of paint materials and painting labor for the excess part shall be charged to the customer at a discount of 50% of the labor cost and 20% of the material cost that do not exceed the charging standard of the maintenance unit.

3. This service cannot be exchanged for cash, used for other services or used for other commercial purposes.

4. This service message is not transferable, and the transfer is invalid.

5. Provide free service according to the number of scratches confirmed by the service coupon SMS.

6. In the service cooperation network, some special repair stations have corresponding restrictions on the brand models to be repaired, and non-corresponding models can go to the comprehensive repair shop to use this service.

7. When handing over the vehicle with the pick-up, please be sure to carefully check the condition of the vehicle and the items on it to avoid unnecessary disputes.
