Why is the retest of Beijing Normal University delayed?

For universities, after the final results come out, according to the regulations, all students to be admitted need to be publicized for more than 10 working days, otherwise the admission results will be invalid. In other words, after the publicity results come out, those who are not on the list will basically fail. Universities generally no longer notify students who have not been admitted by phone or text message.
