One plus cell phone has no signal. What happened?

If you use a one-plus mobile phone and can't surf the Internet with data traffic, we suggest the following methods:

1. Multiple or all applications cannot access the Internet using the data network 1. Metal or gold-plated protective shell has a certain shielding effect on signals. I suggest you take off your protective shell and try it.

2. Confirm whether the mobile data service of the SIM card is normal, such as whether the Internet access function is turned on, whether there is arrears, whether the mobile phone can recognize the SIM card normally, and whether the SIM card is in poor contact with the card slot.

3. Confirm that the mobile data switch is turned on. You can draw the status bar from the top of the phone to see if the mobile data is turned on. What if? SIM？ This card is not a local card. Go to Settings -SIM Card and Traffic Management -SIM Card 1/2, and then enable data roaming.

4. Check whether the traffic package limit is set. You can check whether the traffic limit is set in Settings -SIM Card and Traffic Management-Traffic Package Limit.

5. Confirm whether the traffic saving switch is turned on. You can go to Settings -SIM Card and Traffic Management-Traffic Management-Traffic Saving and try to turn off the switch.

6. It is recommended that you reset the APN access point and enter "Settings >"; (mobile network) SIM card and traffic management >: Select a SIM card > Access point name > Click ":Reset Access Point" in the upper right corner;

7. If you are in a crowded place or the signal is poor, you may not be able to use the data network. It is recommended that you leave such an area and try again.

8. Try to turn on the flight mode and then turn off the search network to upgrade the mobile phone version to the latest;

9. If the problem still cannot be solved, it is recommended to reset the WLAN, Bluetooth and mobile data network settings after trying to back up the data. The path is: Settings-Other Settings-Restore Mobile Phone-Restore Wireless Settings.

Second, a single application cannot use the data network to surf the Internet 1. If an application can't move data according to usage, you can view it according to the following path: Settings -SIM Card and Traffic Management-Traffic Management-Application Network Permission Management, and click the corresponding application to view the network permission settings.

What does this setting include? 4? Options:

WLAN and Mobile Data: This application can use mobile data and? WLAN？ Network;

WLAN: Can this application use WLAN? Network, but can't use mobile data;

Mobile data: Applications can use mobile data, but they can't? WLAN？ Network;

Disable the network: applications cannot use mobile data and? WLAN？ Network.

2. If the traffic you handle is exclusive, you can't use the data network for applications other than exclusive;

3. Please compare whether the application can access the Internet under the same model and network standard. If you can't get online, it belongs to the problem of application network server.
