1. 3. Free movement of people staying in low-risk areas.

4. For areas with epidemics, if there is no epidemic in colleges and universities, if the school implements closed management for more than 7 days, and if you have a negative nucleic acid certificate within 48 hours and relevant certificates issued by the university where you are located, you will no longer be quarantined at home. Afterwards, a 7-day health monitoring will be implemented.

5. Various key groups must proactively conduct nucleic acid testing in accordance with the requirements for all necessary tests.

6. Vaccination is an effective means to block the spread of the new coronavirus and prevent and control the epidemic. The general public, especially the elderly over 60 years old, should complete the full course of vaccination as soon as possible to build a population immunity barrier.

7. Citizens should continue to take personal protection and go to fever clinics immediately if they experience uncomfortable symptoms such as sore throat, dry cough, fever, loss of smell and taste.
