Is WeChat plus strange SMS a fraud?

This must be a scam call. Never mind. The best way to prevent being cheated is not to be greedy and cheap, or to give them money without listening to their threats. A liar wants property, not anything else. If you can't tell the difference clearly, you can call 1 10 to report the case, and the police will distinguish it.
