Note2 How to back up SMS, address book and email?

Backing up the data in the mobile phone can be done by the following methods:

1. If SD card is supported, data can be backed up to an external SD card.

1) Back up multimedia files: My files-device storage-find photos and videos to back up. Take photos as an example, go to DCIM folder-Camera-Click More in the upper right corner-Edit-Select photos-Click More after selection-Copy-Click SD card-Select the location to copy-Click Paste here (or paste here).

2) Backup Contacts: Contacts-More (upper right corner)-Settings-Import/Export Contacts-Export -SD card.

2. Backup to computer:

1) mode 1: Connect the mobile phone/tablet to the computer through the data cable, and the computer will display the drive letter of the mobile disk and copy the multimedia files in the mobile phone to the computer.

2) Method 2: Use S for assistant or Kies to back up the data in the mobile phone.

Install the scanning assistant or Kies software in the computer. After connecting the mobile phone to the computer, select the contents to be backed up through the backup function in SCHANING Assistant or Kies.
