How to tell whether the golden tax card is cleared?

After filing the tax, enter the billing system, click "Status Query" in "Tax Copy Processing", and see the "Tax Data" item in the window that appears. If it is followed by "Yes", it means that the card has not been liquidated; if it is displayed as "None", it means that the card has been liquidated successfully.

On the first day of each month, the general VAT taxpayer logs in to the anti-counterfeiting tax control system to complete the tax declaration, reads the billing data of last month into the IC card/tax filing tray, logs in to the online tax office of State Taxation Administration of The People's Republic of China to complete the tax declaration, and withholds the tax in full online, and then takes the IC card/tax filing tray to the ARM self-service terminal for the IC card tax declaration/tax filing tray (clearing card) operation. The operation process is as follows:

(1) Select the "IC card tax declaration (card clearing)" function module, and insert the enterprise tax declaration IC card/tax declaration disk into the "anti-counterfeiting and tax control IC card slot" in the upper right corner of the ARM self-service terminal according to the voice prompts and interface operation prompts (please insert the tax declaration disk into the USB interface at the lower left of the operation screen), and click "OK" when inserting the card.

(2) After the system reads the tax return data in the IC card/tax return tray, click the "Tax Return" button.

(3) The system automatically compares the tax return data of the IC card/tax return tray with the online tax return data, and click the "Save" button after the comparison is successful. When the unpaid tax in this period is 0, the system automatically resets and unlocks the tax return IC card/tax return tray; Otherwise, the system will not reset and unlock the tax return IC card.

(4) After the tax return is successful, click the "Exit" button to retrieve the IC card/tax return tray in the "Anti-counterfeiting and Tax Control IC Card Slot" and end the tax return process of the IC card/tax return tray.

(5) Click "Exit System".
