How to exchange stars for special star transmission?

1. Open the Starbucks China official website or Starbucks China App and enter the "Star Club" page.

2. On the Star Club page, select Star Mall.

3. On the "Star Mall" page, browse the redeemable goods and services, select the goods or services you want to redeem, and add them to the shopping cart. The number of stars exchanged for each commodity or service is different, so you need to ensure that you have enough stars.

4. Confirm the order information, including goods or services, quantity and delivery address, and then submit the order.

If the order is accepted, Starbucks will deliver the goods or services to the designated address. If you are redeeming an electronic gift card, you can use it through an App or a store after receiving the electronic gift card.
