4. Criminals are not allowed to use more than three home phone numbers, and the phone number registered at the time of admission shall prevail. When handling telephone number registration, criminals should fill in the Application Form for Home Telephone Registration (Change), which will be reviewed by the specialized police and approved by the prison. When the telephone number needs to be changed, it shall be audited by the special education police and the prison area and reported to the prison management department for approval.

5. Criminals can only use one phone number at a time, and the call time cannot exceed 10 minutes.
