Charging standard for Woyou client to send SMS to mobile phone:

1. Woyou users bound with Unicom's mobile phone number send short messages to Unicom's friends on PC client and mobile phone client, free of charge.

2. When the mobile phone client calls the built-in SMS module to send SMS, it will be charged according to the normal SMS tariff.

3. Offline message to free SMS function: When the Woyou user with Unicom's mobile phone number is not online, when other Woyou users send him an instant message, the system will send the offline message to the user's mobile phone as a free SMS (iPhone will use push notification).

4. When Woyou users who are bound to Unicom's mobile phone number give it to non-friends, remote network users or non-Woyou users on PC or mobile phone client, they will be charged according to normal SMS (which has not been realized in Guangdong).
