Government agencies in China may require Airbnb China to disclose the landlord, tenant and housing information related to the housing reservation in China. Similar to other hotel accommodation companies operating in China, Airbnb China can disclose your information to the China government without notice.

In order to ensure the normal operation of the hotel industry, the safety of passengers' lives and property, and maintain social order, China has formulated the Measures for the Administration of Public Security in the Hotel Industry.
