1. If a motor vehicle is restricted to enter the road in the "peak-shifting restricted" area without traffic signs, it will be fined 100 yuan at the driving place.

2. If a motor vehicle is restricted from entering the "peak-shifting restricted" regional road with no traffic signs during the "peak-shifting restricted" period, it will be fined 100 yuan, and 3 points will be recorded.

3. Restricted motor vehicles parked on the road waiting for release during the period of "peak-shifting restriction", which affects the passage of other vehicles and pedestrians, shall be fined in 50 yuan. If the driver leaves the vehicle, he will be fined 150 yuan.

4. If a restricted motor vehicle does not obey the police's request to drive into the restricted area or stops on the road waiting for release and does not leave, it will be fined 100 yuan, which will be punished together with the illegal act of "peak-shifting restriction".

5. The same motor vehicle with restricted traffic will be punished once for driving illegally during an "off-peak restricted traffic" period (i.e. morning peak or evening peak).

6. Motor vehicles are restricted from driving on the "peak-shifting" roads, and at the same time, violations of the provisions of "no high-pollution vehicles" and "no freight vehicles" are punished only once.

Except Tiger Road, Manjuelong Road, Wulaofeng Tunnel, Jiqingshan Tunnel, Meiling North Road, Jiulisong Tunnel, Lingxi South Road, Lingxi Tunnel and Xixi Road, other closed roads are not included.

Legal basis:

Article 90 of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China, if a motor vehicle driver violates the provisions of laws and regulations on road traffic safety, he shall be given a warning or fined from 20 yuan to 200 yuan.
