1. Select the object to reply to.

2. Click the "Reply" icon to enter the resume reply window.

3. Select Satisfied, Unsatisfied, Unsatisfied and Other for the candidate, and the corresponding template will be automatically extracted.

4. Modify the reply content according to the actual situation. ?

5. Tick "Send Mail" and the corresponding mail template will be automatically extracted. If you have already purchased the SMS service, you can also check "Send SMS".

6. You can set the email template and SMS template in the reply in "Letter Template" and "SMS Template".
