How does Samsung A3 copy information?

If you can't copy the information in the SMS, it is suggested that:

1. Check whether the information in the memo can be copied. If yes, it is recommended to go to Settings-Application Manager-All-SMS-Clear Data (it is recommended to back up SMS in advance).

2. Shut down and restart.

3. Uninstall and delete the recently installed software: Settings-Application Manager-Download, find and uninstall.

4. If not, please back up the data in your phone and restore the factory settings (Settings-Reset/Privacy/Personal-Restore the factory settings).

If the problem still exists, please take the purchased machine, maintenance card and machine to Samsung Service Center for inspection.
