Solution of Fetion's inability to send and receive messages

I usually can't send and receive messages, which is caused by the phone being turned off. Because Fetion does not need traffic to send messages, when this happens, you can see whether the mobile phone is down, which leads to this situation. If it is not caused by downtime, you can also refer to the introduction I brought below.

Unable to receive or send message:

1. Please confirm whether the friend who received the message is in a normal state. If he is in a state of disabling, closing Fetion service and not disclosing his mobile phone number, he may not be able to send and receive messages normally.

Please confirm whether there are sensitive words (reaction, violence, pornography, etc.). ) in the text message. If there is, the short message may be intercepted and cannot be sent and received normally.

Please confirm whether the friend who received the message was blacklisted or whether you were blacklisted by him. If the above phenomenon exists, then you and this friend can't send and receive messages normally.

Please confirm whether the friend who received the message is "offline". If his status is "offline", he won't receive the message you sent by Fetion without logging in to PC client or mobile client.

5. If you can't send and receive messages normally through the above methods, please call the customer service hotline 10086 to feed back the problem to the customer service staff, and we will help you check and feed back the results as soon as possible. When answering questions, you may need to provide the following information:

A) Numbers of both parties who send and receive messages.

B) the time point of sending the message.

C) How to send it (if you send it through the mobile phone client, you need to provide the information of the client).

D) Is there a prompt message? If yes, please provide the content of the prompt message.
