1. 1. Submit the resignation letter in advance according to the law, notify the employer to resign, and arrange the handover with the employer.

2. Secondly, go through resignation procedures, including but not limited to: returning work clothes, work cards and other tools, clearing up creditor's rights and debts (such as employees borrowing money from the company during their employment), and the company will issue resignation certificates, stop paying social security and settle wages.

3. If the employee finally leaves the employer and signs a non-competition agreement, both parties shall abide by the terms of the agreement.
