One: How to operate a webpage if you forget your password?

1. Please click Forgotten Password or click Link/Pass/Forgotten Password.

2. Enter the email address/mobile phone number/Xiaomi account number and picture verification code.

3. Click Send SMS and enter the verification code.

4. Reset the new password.

Second, forget the password to operate on the mobile phone.

1. Click Forgot Password, and the webpage will jump. Users are advised to use their own browsers, and their mobile phones must be connected to the Internet (please explain to users that data traffic may incur charges).

2. After entering the page, you need to enter the previous account ID or the mobile phone number or email address used when registering the account.
