How to connect the routers in the campus network

1. Get the IP address, subnet mask, default gateway and DNS server information provided by the campus network administrator.

2. Connect the WAN port of the router to the network interface of the campus network. Connect the network interface of the campus network with the WAN port of the router with a network cable to ensure a firm connection.

3. Log in to the router settings page, set the WAN port to static IP mode, and enter relevant information. Enter the default IP address of the router through the browser to enter the router settings page. In the setting page, set the connection type of WAN port to static IP, and enter the IP address, subnet mask, default gateway and DNS server information provided by the campus network administrator.

4. Turn on the DHCP function of the router and set the wireless network name and password. On the router settings page, enable DHCP to assign IP addresses to devices connected to the router. Set the wireless network name (SSID) and password to ensure that wireless devices can connect to the router's wireless network.
