(4) EMS mail status notification: the customer sends an instruction and the number of the EMS mail to the service code, and the system will return the current and future status information of the mail to the user, such as "leaving XX processing center", "arriving at XX processing center" and "normal delivery (abnormal delivery)" during the processing. The information fee for each reply message is 1 yuan. Even if multiple messages are replied, no information will be added.

(5) Help: Send BZ to the service code to provide users with help information, such as customer service phone number. This service is free of charge for information.

(6) Cancel all customized services (specified by the operator), send "0000" to the service code, and cancel all customized services. This service is free of charge for information.
