Shentong Express put the rookie station without even sending a pick-up code.

Shentong Express will send a pick-up code to the rookie station. After Shentong Express sends the express parcel to the rookie station, it will send the pick-up code to the recipient by SMS or other means. However, under the following circumstances, Shentong Express will not send the pick-up code:

1. The recipient has left the pick-up code in the electronic customer file of Shentong Express Company, and has successfully used the pick-up code before;

2. The recipient has registered the electronic cabinet in the rookie station, and can directly use the account password or ID card to open the electronic cabinet for pickup;

3. The delivery code cannot be sent due to system failure or operation error.
