In order to optimize the selection mechanism and improve the quality of students, the online adjustment of graduate students in our school in 2022 will be started simultaneously after the opening of the national graduate enrollment adjustment service system (hereinafter referred to as the adjustment system) (the adjustment opening time of each major is not less than 12 hours), and the information released by the adjustment system shall prevail for receiving adjustment majors. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

(1) Basic requirements

The enrollment of this major can't reach the enrollment plan, and the enrollment will be adjusted. Adjustment should follow the principles of overall consideration, reasonable adjustment, active guidance and people-oriented. The basic requirements for adjustment are as follows:

1. Meet the application conditions for changing majors.

2. The initial test results are in line with the national line of the first volunteer major in the transferred area, and at the same time meet the minimum retest score requirements stipulated by the disciplines to be transferred to our school.

3. The adjustment major is the same as or similar to the first volunteer major, and it is in the same discipline category (the majors that can be awarded degrees in different disciplines can be adjusted interdisciplinary within the first-level disciplines of the corresponding majors).

4. The initial test subjects are the same as or similar to the major change, and the national unified proposition subjects should be the same as the major change. (If the candidates' first unified examination subjects cover all the unified examination subjects for changing majors, they will be regarded as the same. )

5. In principle, adjustments should be made according to the same unified examination subject, similar professional examination subjects or similar disciplines, and the initial test results meet the requirements of professional achievements transfer ("double online"), and "offline adjustment" is not allowed. On-campus transfer and off-campus transfer need to be consistent. The specific adjustment requirements and retest ratio of each college are determined by the college itself and announced to the candidates before the adjustment work begins.

6. Candidates who apply for the special postgraduate enrollment plan for retired college students and soldiers from other enrollment units apply for adjustment, and their initial test scores must reach the retest scores independently designated by our school.

7. The transfer of part-time graduate students in our school needs to meet the requirements of "part-time graduate students recruit on-the-job directional employment personnel in principle".

Transfer candidates need to fill in the transfer volunteers through the research and recruitment network transfer system, and send a retest notice through the transfer system after review and selection by the college. Candidates can take part in the second interview after receiving and confirming the second interview notice through the adjustment system. (2) Adjustment procedures

The adjustment work is managed by the Graduate Admissions Office, and the relevant procedures are handled in a unified manner. Transfer candidates must register through the transfer system of China Graduate Admissions Information Network, and transfer candidates who are not admitted by the transfer system will not be recognized during the admission inspection. For the transfer candidates who apply for the same major and have exactly the same initial test subjects in our school, our school will select the candidates who will enter the re-examination list according to their initial test results, and the time sequence of voluntary submission of transfer will not be used as the selection basis.

The adjustment procedure is:

1. The Admissions Office releases the vacancy information and adjustment requirements of students through the adjustment system;

2. Each college will issue a re-examination notice through the adjustment system after being audited by the Admissions Office;

3. Candidates confirm their acceptance of the re-examination notice and contact the institutions applying for the examination to participate in the remote re-examination within the specified time;

4. The Admissions Office issues a notice of waiting for admission to qualified candidates through the adjustment system;

5. Candidates to be admitted must confirm their acceptance of the proposed admission notice within the specified time. If the confirmation operation is not completed within the specified time, it will be deemed as automatic waiver.

During the second interview, each college appoints a special person to conduct a comprehensive review of the candidates' qualifications. Candidates who take part in the re-examination must meet the application conditions in the admissions brochure. Qualification examination is conducted on the online platform. By using technologies such as "face recognition" and "personal identification", we will comprehensively compare the "four comparisons" measures such as "registration database", "student status database", "population information database" and "examination integrity file database" to strengthen the examination and verification of candidates' identities. Those who fail the qualification examination shall not participate in the second interview.
