According to the relevant provisions of the state, province and city, under the premise of ensuring the comprehensive and accurate implementation of various measures for the prevention and control of normalized epidemic situation, the prevention areas of zhoucun district and Wenchang Lake provincial tourist resorts will be lifted in an orderly manner to restore normal production and living order. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows.

First, strengthen the family health management of key groups.

Except for special vehicles such as emergency materials transportation and key people's livelihood security, which are allowed by the regional headquarters, other vehicles are not allowed to flow across regions. The foreign logistics transport vehicles in the entry week must hold the nucleic acid detection certificate within 48 hours, strictly implement the epidemic prevention regulations such as run-length encoding verification, vehicle disinfection and sterilization, and implement vehicle sealing and point-to-point closed-loop management.
