Recently, a cluster of epidemics has occurred in the freight yard of Yaohuamen Railway Freight Station. In order to quickly block the chain of epidemic transmission and realize social security as soon as possible, Based on the needs of epidemic prevention and control work and after comprehensive analysis and judgment, it was decided to further strengthen epidemic prevention and control measures in some areas of Qixia District. The relevant matters are announced as follows:

1. Temporary control area

The core area of ??Nanjing Economic and Technological Development Zone, Maigaoqiao Street, Yanziji Street, Yaohua Street and some surrounding areas: North to the Yangtze River, to the west to Central North Road, Mufu East Road, Shuiji South Road, Anhuaicun Road, and Heyan Road, to the south to Heyan Road, Cross Street, Huafei Road, Yueyuan South Road, Moxiang Road, and Yaohong Road , Tailong Road, Xuanwu Avenue, Zhigu Avenue, and east to Xianxin Road and Xianxin East Road.

2. Temporary control time

The implementation time is: starting from 0:00 on October 28, 2022, and ending at 0:00 on November 2, 2022. Subsequent adjustments will be made dynamically based on the epidemic prevention and control situation. .

3. Control requires strict community closed management. All communities in the temporary control area are under closed management, with only entry and no exit. Residents "do not leave the community and pick up groceries at staggered peak times." Daily supplies are distributed uniformly by the community. Medium and high risk areas shall be implemented in accordance with relevant regulations.

Standardize enterprise operation and management. "Four guarantees" enterprises, "white list" enterprises, key logistics parks, key logistics enterprises and other key enterprises that meet the conditions of closed management can conduct closed-loop production and operations, while other enterprises suspend production and operation activities. During the temporary control period, for employees who cannot come to work normally due to cooperation with epidemic prevention and control, each employer must protect the legitimate rights and interests of employees and shall not be dismissed, demoted, or reduced in salary.

Strengthen social control. Except for medical institutions and other units that protect basic people's livelihood, all public places, entertainment venues, etc. in the temporary control area are suspended, and gathering activities, various conferences, offline training, etc. are suspended.

Implement temporary traffic control. Except for vehicles such as key material support vehicles, police cars, ambulances, and vehicles involved in epidemic prevention and control work that "travel with certificates", other vehicles and personnel are not allowed to pass within the traffic control area. All passenger lines, buses, taxis, and ferries in the area are suspended, and the subway Hongshan Zoo Station and Maigaoqiao Station will not stop. The traffic control scope is: south of the Yangtze River, Central North Road-Mufu East Road-Shuiji South Road-Lvjing Road-Anhuai Road-Heyan Road-Cross Street-Hongshan Road-Huaxi Road-Huafei Road-Yueyuan South Road- Moxiang Road - Yaohong Road - Tailong Road - Xuanwu Avenue - Zhigu Avenue - Xianxin Road - Qixia Avenue - Xianxin East Road - Hengtai Road - Xianxin Road - Xingang Avenue.

Provide daily service guarantee. For residents with special needs such as medical treatment and medication, please apply to your local community in time. We will do our best to care for the elderly living alone, the disabled, pregnant women and other groups. If residents develop symptoms such as fever and cough, they must report to the community as soon as possible, and the community will arrange dedicated vehicles to take them to fever clinics of designated medical institutions for treatment.

Actively participate in nucleic acid testing. Citizens should follow the unified arrangements of their communities and participate in daily nucleic acid testing at staggered times and peak hours. Please be sure to take personal protection during the sampling process, do not get together, do not gather, wear a mask, and leave the sampling point immediately after sampling. People with yellow codes are asked to go to designated locations to take samples and seek medical treatment at designated medical institutions.
