How does China Mobile set the service password?

Taking Henan customers as an example, the service password is the identification password of China Mobile customers, which consists of a group of 6 digits. The service password is set by the customer when accessing the network. If it is not set by the customer, it will be automatically generated by the system. If you forget the service password, you can retrieve it through the following channels:

1. I go to the business hall with a valid ID card to reset my password. If someone else does it for me, I have the ID cards of the owner and agent.

2. You can call the 10086 artificial hotline for online processing.

3. Log in to China Mobile's official WeChat 10086, and the micro-portal link address is /IRNrmim or "China Mobile's official WeChat 10086" (go to "Personal Homepage"-reset password) for processing.

4. You can download 10086APP, wap version of online business hall, handheld business hall and business hall self-service terminal for self-service.

5. SMS processing: Send "HFMM (blank) ID number (blank) new password" to 10086 to reset the password.
