How to send short messages when roaming internationally?

When users roam to overseas mobile networks, the short message sending method is the same as that in China. Just enter the other party's number directly in the receiving number column.

1. Send to Chinese mainland mobile phone: enter the mobile phone number directly.

2. Send to Chinese mainland PHS: 0+ domestic long-distance area code+PHS number.

3. Send to local mobile phones or mobile phones in other countries and regions: 00+ country code+user number.
