According to your feedback, if your mobile phone can't send short messages, it is recommended to check whether the mobile phone signal is good or not and whether the calling card is down. If all the above are normal, it is recommended to go to the SMS service center. Short message service center has the function of storing information, which is equivalent to an information transfer station. The short message sent by the mobile phone is sent to the information center first, and then to the terminal number by the information center. To set the number of the SMS service center, please follow the following steps:

1. In the standby interface, click the information icon.

2. Click the menu button in the lower left corner of the screen, and then select Settings.

3. Click on the Information Center.

4. Enter the number of the short message service center provided by the local network provider, and then click OK.

After the above operations, the number of SMS service center is set successfully, and the mobile phone can send SMS normally.

Tip:

1. SMS service center number must be preceded by "+86" (meaning in Chinese mainland) in the local SMS service center number. Press and hold the "0" key and enter the "+"sign.

2. The number inquiry method of the SMS service center where the mobile phone card is located: Unicom: 100 10, and Mobile: 10086.

3. If the problem still exists, please try to replace another mobile phone card.
