Method 1: Unsubscribe via text message

1. Unsubscribe by item: edit the text message 0000 (number zero) and send it to the SP service code. You will receive a prompt text message later, which displays The business code you ordered, then reply to QX and add the business serial number to be unsubscribed;

2. Unsubscribe all: edit the SMS 00000 (number zero) and send it to the SP service code, and you can unsubscribe. All services provided by the SP.

Dial 1860 or the SP service hotline (usually 1860, some SP service hotlines are in other provinces, so long distance calls are really not worth it).

Method 3: Unsubscribe in the business hall

All business outlets and service outlets of Changsha Mobile Company can accept your SMS unsubscribe request;

Method 4: Website unsubscription

Log in to the SP service website and follow the above unsubscription process to unsubscribe from text messages. (Generally, don’t do this. Some friends cannot unsubscribe successfully and the work efficiency is low, but you can try it.)
