3. Online banking inquiry: ICBC credit card holders can log in to China Industrial and Commercial Bank's personal online banking (registered users are required)-"Customer Service" column-point management-point balance inquiry, and then the credit card points of the cardholders can be inquired.

4. SMS inquiry: Cardholders can edit the SMS "CXJF# card number # SMS bank password" with their mobile phones and send it to 95588 to inquire about the points information.
