Cancel the SMS notification service of personal online banking and personal customers of China Bank.

Personal SMS notification of BOC's termination of the contract:

1. Personal Mobile Banking: Home-Account Management-Related Accounts-Select "Account Change Notice"-Select "Mobile Phone Number of Account to be Cancelled" and follow the instructions on the page.

2. Personal online banking (non-inquiry version): account SMS service-SMS service management function, which can be deleted after selecting the contracted account.

3. Counter and intelligent counter of China Bank: Go to any branch of China Bank with my valid ID card, passbook/debit card that needs to cancel SMS service, and mobile phone number to receive SMS.

Tips:

1. Effective immediately after termination. If the termination is successful, you will receive SMS notification.

2. If there are unpaid service fees, overdue fees shall be paid to terminate the signing relationship.
