When you say use, do you mean texting or reading text messages?

If you send text messages,

1. Mobile phone to PHS is 106+ area code+PHS phone number.

PHS can send messages directly to the other party without adding any number in front.

If you want to view it, just click on the menu and then click on the SMS.
