Why didn't the insurance company inform you by SMS when the money was deducted?

As an agent of insurance agency business, banks are not responsible for insurance contracts. The customer signs a contract with the insurance company. If the contract stipulates automatic deduction at maturity and there is no commitment to send a notice, the bank has no obligation to inform.

However, as an account opening customer, you can ask the bank to update the account information and notify by SMS.
