The main creative staff is composed of overseas returning teams. Since its establishment, it has established long-term and good cooperative relations with large enterprises such as State Grid, China Railway Group and Sanjiang Group. Based on the service tenet of "customer first", its product "Yike" takes customers as the starting point, closely focuses on customer needs, and creates the world's first saascrm software for customers to open and close their own accounts, which is easy to use and has a perfect user experience, and solves various problems faced by enterprise sales management. Yike also has the most flexible software consumption mode-the world's first "monthly payment or recharge consumption" to meet the consumption needs of enterprises, organizations, individuals and users around the world.

Second, the main content of the internship

The duty of legal affairs is to organically combine enterprise management behavior with law, so as to comprehensively improve the comprehensive quality of enterprise managers, enhance enterprise risk prevention ability, ensure the safety and integrity of enterprise assets, and reduce operating losses. In many enterprises, especially in the giant Fortune 5 enterprises, the word "consultant" exists in every department, but the word "consultant" is more like a useless code name except legal consultant. The legal adviser is different. In a socialist society ruled by law, the law is an essential weapon for every enterprise to prevent and control risks. Without it, the business operation of an enterprise can be described as perilous and difficult, which shows the status and importance of the legal adviser.

during my internship, I helped improve the legal affairs management system of xx Technology Co., Ltd. and continuously improved it. Assist xx Technology Co., Ltd. in the legal aspects involved in the pre-listing process, put forward legal suggestions, and assist in the declaration work; Collect, sort out and publish laws, regulations and related information related to xx Technology Co., Ltd.. During this period, I further learned the relevant legal knowledge, and gained a deeper understanding of the importance of law. At the same time, I paid attention to organically combining my theoretical knowledge with my practice in this process. At the end of the internship, my work was fully affirmed and highly evaluated by the internship unit.

in the first week of internship, my main task is to adjust my mentality and get into the working state as soon as possible. Understand the business scope, business contacts and previous related cases of xx Technology Company. Because legal affairs is a position that needs to cooperate with the leadership and various departments (such as sales department, research and development department, finance department, etc.), it is essential to lay a good foundation of interpersonal relationship. Therefore, I attach great importance to communication with my predecessors and humbly ask questions I don't understand.

in the next few weeks, I followed the company's newly hired lawyer Li to practice and deal with legal affairs such as enterprise system improvement, business contract review, labor disputes, company's capital increase and share expansion, and the relevant situation is summarized as follows:

(1) I participated in and assisted in the construction and improvement of the company's guild, participated in the drafting and promulgation of the company's relevant rules and regulations, and combined with the actual situation of xx Technology Co., Ltd., carried out in-depth governance according to law.

xx Technology Co., Ltd. was established relatively late, and began to operate in 2xx. Due to its large scale, it brought together various groups of people in administration, R&D, products and sales, and its personnel composition was complicated. In addition, due to the rapid development of the company, the relevant rules and regulations and the construction of trade unions did not keep up with the pace of the company's development, and there were many problems in dealing with employee relations. After realizing this problem, the human resources department of the company, Actively carry out improvement and perfection, and successively issued documents such as "Rules for Trade Unions of xx Technology Co., Ltd." and "Measures for Handling Employees' Disciplinary Violations of xx Technology Co., Ltd.", which has taken a major step in standardizing enterprise management and other aspects, so that employees of the company have their own ways to defend their rights, and it is also a standard for the company to regulate employees' behavior.

(2), solid foundation, increased contract management system

Contract management is the basic work of enterprise legal affairs. According to the contract management measures of xx Technology Co., Ltd., the management measures and systems have been continuously improved in the actual implementation process, and the contract management has been strengthened. According to the fact that the contract of xx Technology Co., Ltd. is managed by each department, many systems such as contract signing authorization, contract special seal and contract document management have been established, which further optimizes the workflow and post responsibilities and makes the contract management more operational. The improvement work in contract management specifically includes:

1. Consolidate the foundation to strengthen the management of contract basic materials and special seals. Establish contract management ledger, and implement classified and phased management; Establish a statistical analysis system of contract dynamic data, regularly analyze contract performance, find problems in contract management in time, and put forward suggestions and suggestions for improvement.

III. Summary of internship experience

Through internship, I consolidated and tested the professional knowledge I learned during my postgraduate period, and summarized the main problems in the current legal work of xx Technology Co., Ltd.:

(1) The depth and breadth of legal work participation in xx Technology Co., Ltd. are not enough. As a modern enterprise in a country ruled by law, the traditional Chinese medicine nature of legal work is self-evident. In the central work of xx Technology Co., Ltd., it can be said that we have to deal with the law anytime and anywhere, especially in intellectual property rights and technical services. However, according to the current legal work of xx Technology Co., Ltd., legal work is only limited to a few transactional work such as contract management and dispute settlement. From a deep point of view, it is only to do some simple procedural work, and it is difficult to safeguard the rights and interests of xx Technology Co., Ltd. in essence.

(2) The quantity and quality of legal staff need to be improved. With the expansion of scale and the increase of personnel, the company began to pay attention to legal work, but due to the limited time and energy, it affected the in-depth development of legal work to a great extent. In addition, due to the lack of practical work experience, it also affected the work to some extent.

in view of the above problems, combined with my knowledge and practical experience, I boldly put forward some ideas and suggestions on the legal work of xx Technology Co., Ltd.:

(1) Strengthen the awareness of the rule of law and increase the intensity of legal work. The leaders of xx Technology Co., Ltd. are very supportive of legal affairs. In the future work, we should intensify legal work, and through in-depth legal popularization activities, all employees will gradually cultivate the meaning of consciously learning the law, obeying the law and using it. Legal affairs workers should participate more actively in the daily operation and management activities of xx Technology Co., Ltd., cooperate with various departments, strictly control the law in product research and development and online, contract signing and performance, and improve all links and processes of the work, so that legal work can substantially safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of xx Technology Co., Ltd.

during my internship, I also benefited a lot from the operation, management and other aspects of the company. After a month, I have basically mastered the specific operational details of the company's legal system improvement, contract management, dispute handling, etc. In practice, I have consolidated the drafting of some legal documents such as labor contracts, confidentiality agreements, sales contracts, etc., further consolidating specific legal knowledge and improving my legal literacy.

This internship is an indispensable and important experience in my study career, and its gains and significance can be seen.
