In many enterprises, especially in the giant Fortune 5 enterprises, the word "consultant" exists in every department, but the word "consultant" is more like a useless code name except legal consultant. The legal adviser is different. In a socialist society ruled by law, the law is an essential weapon for every enterprise to prevent and control risks. Without it, the business operation of an enterprise can be described as perilous and difficult, which shows the status and importance of the legal adviser.
during my internship, I helped improve the legal affairs management system of xx Technology Co., Ltd. and continuously improved it. Assist xx Technology Co., Ltd. in the legal aspects involved in the pre-listing process, put forward legal suggestions, and assist in the declaration work; Collect, sort out and publish laws, regulations and related information related to xx Technology Co., Ltd.. During this period, I further learned the relevant legal knowledge, and gained a deeper understanding of the importance of law. At the same time, I paid attention to organically combining my theoretical knowledge with my practice in this process. in the first week of internship, my main task is to adjust my mentality and get into the working state as soon as possible. Understand the business scope, business contacts and previous related cases of xx Technology Company. (1) I participated in and assisted in the construction and improvement of the company's guild, participated in the drafting and promulgation of the company's relevant rules and regulations, and combined with the actual situation of xx Technology Co., Ltd., carried out in-depth governance according to law.
xx Technology Co., Ltd. was established relatively late, and began to operate in 2xx. Due to its large scale, it brought together various groups of people in administration, R&D, products and sales, and its personnel composition was complicated. In addition, due to the rapid development of the company, the relevant rules and regulations and the construction of trade unions did not keep up with the pace of the company's development, and there were many problems in dealing with employee relations.
