No verification code was received during mobile phone authentication.

This may be due to the following conditions:

Mobile phone housekeeper or other security software intercepts the verification code message, and only needs to temporarily close the software or set a white list.

If the mobile phone is in a bad signal place for a long time, the sent SMS will be invalid because it expires. Suggest to try another place; (The validity time of the verification string is: 20 minutes)

Related to the local gateway. Due to the large number of local short messages in some time periods and the busy short message center, short messages may be affected, delayed or lost. It is recommended that you try again at another time later.

It is related to the operator's SMS platform. There are also individual failures (inconsistent sorting), such as: the mobile phone number belongs to the newly opened segment, and it is not registered in JD.COM Information Center, so it is impossible to receive sp short messages. You can contact the customer service center in time and leave the corresponding mobile phone number, location, occurrence time and specific circumstances. The customer service will find out the reason as soon as possible and solve it in time.
