Can Suzhou Park Provident Fund be withdrawn?

In any of the following circumstances, employees may apply for withdrawal of the storage balance in the housing provident fund account:

(a) the purchase, construction, renovation and overhaul projects in People's Republic of China (PRC) (excluding Hongkong, Macao Special Administrative Region and Taiwan Province Province, the same below) (hereinafter referred to as the purchase);

(2) Repaying the principal and interest of the house purchase loan;

(three) to pay the rent for renting self-occupied housing;

(4) retirees;

(five) completely or partially lose the ability to work, and terminate the labor relationship with the unit;

(6) Dead or declared dead;

(seven) have left the country to settle down;

(eight) identified by the competent department as the minimum living security object, the minimum living security object or the relief object for poor workers;

(nine) men over 50 years old and women over 40 years old are laid off and unemployed, and the housing provident fund account has been sealed for two years;

(ten) the termination of labor relations with the unit, and the account is not in Suzhou or the account has moved out of Suzhou;

(eleven) other special circumstances decided by the park management committee.

Items (1), (2) and (3) of the preceding paragraph of this article shall not exceed the actual amount incurred in the current period.

If an employee dies or is declared dead, the employee's heirs and legatees may withdraw the storage balance in the employee's housing provident fund account.
