1. The following persons shall report as soon as possible

Since December 19, 2021, they have a history of residence in Xin'an County, Luoyang City and Shenqiu County, Zhoukou City People entering Bian;

People entering Bian who stayed at the Sanmenxia Lingbao Service Area between 1:00-5:00 on December 19, 2021;

December 2021 Since the 20th, people from Yuzhou City, Xuchang; Guancheng Hui District and Erqi District, Zhengzhou have entered Bian;

From December 24th to 25th, 2021, in Yuegou, Shimen Township, Nanzhao County, Nanyang City Village and people who have lived in Xiaozhai Street, Longwanggou Scenic Area, Wolong District;

There have been new local cases recently but the epidemic risk level has not yet been designated. The affected areas include Xi'an, Xianyang, and Yan'an in Shaanxi , Kunming in Yunnan, Dongxing and Fangchenggang in Guangxi, Dongguan in Guangdong, Ningbo in Zhejiang and other places, people entering Bian from abroad, from outside the province, with abnormal health code or travel code, and people entering Bian that intersect with the travel trajectory of positive cases or are accompanied by time and space .

The above-mentioned persons should take the initiative to report to the community and unit where they live, or the hotel where they live, as soon as possible, and cooperate with epidemic prevention and control measures such as centralized isolation control, nucleic acid testing, medical observation or health monitoring

2. Health monitoring for people entering Bian

From now on, all people entering Bian through the city’s important transportation hubs and land transportation arteries must go to the established health service points. Check the itinerary code, health code, and check the negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours

All health service points have set up temporary nucleic acid sampling points to conduct nucleic acid sampling for those who cannot provide negative nucleic acid test certificates and must enter Bian . And register personal information in detail. After sampling, the relevant personnel are required not to take public transport, participate in gathering activities, go to crowded places, and return to their place of residence immediately before the results of the nucleic acid test are obtained. Normal activities can be resumed after the nucleic acid test results are normal and reported to the community.

3. Strengthen nucleic acid testing in public places

4. Strengthen the management of key personnel

Before returning to Bian from overseas who are about to complete centralized quarantine at the place of entry, they must report to the destination community and unit three days in advance and actively cooperate. The territory has completed "point-to-point" transfers, nucleic acid testing, health screening and other epidemic prevention and control measures. Those who enter the country at the first port city and complete the 21-day centralized quarantine will be subject to "27-day health monitoring + 2 nucleic acid tests" after entering Bian; those who enter the first port city and complete the 14-day centralized quarantine will be subject to the "27-day health monitoring + 2 nucleic acid tests" after entering Bian "7 days of centralized isolation + 7 days of health monitoring + 2 nucleic acid tests."

Strictly manage people entering Bian from medium- and high-risk areas. Persons entering Bian who have a history of traveling to provinces and cities in domestic medium- and high-risk areas within 14 days must report to the destination community and unit 3 days in advance, and cooperate with the "14-day centralized isolation + 7-day health monitoring" measures after entering Bian. During this period, 7 nucleic acid tests were conducted.

Persons who have entered Bian in the 14 days before the announcement from medium and high-risk areas must proactively report to the local community and cooperate with the implementation of the "14-day centralized isolation + 7-day health monitoring" measure.

Persons entering Bian from cities where an epidemic has occurred but whose epidemic risk level has not yet been determined must present a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours. The destination will be managed according to the closure and control situation of the place where the epidemic occurred. , take corresponding control measures with reference to relevant policies in medium- and high-risk areas.

People entering Bian from low-risk areas outside the province, and employees in key industries in the province who have been away from their jobs for more than 14 days and have reported to their units must report to the destination community and unit 3 days in advance before entering. Bianshi must present a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours, truthfully report their personal itinerary to the community and work unit upon arrival, and take another nucleic acid test. Those with negative results will monitor their health at home for 14 days.

All counties, towns, villages, enterprises and institutions should take the initiative to carry out investigation work on people entering Bian within their jurisdictions or units, focusing on conducting inspections of provinces and municipalities where overseas and domestic medium and high-risk areas are located, as well as those who have already entered Bian. Persons entering Bian who have a history of living in cities where the epidemic has occurred but whose epidemic risk level has not yet been determined, as well as employees in low-risk areas outside the province and key industries within the province will be screened, and various epidemic prevention and control policies will be strictly implemented in accordance with the above requirements.

5. Strictly control gathering activities

Adhering to the principle of “no non-essential events”, the city’s party and government agencies, enterprises and institutions, and all industries will cancel group gatherings, dinners, and annual meetings. , large-scale condolences and other activities, and strictly control exhibitions, sales promotions, theatrical performances, sports events and other activities. Reduce rural market and temple fairs, strictly control the flow of people in market and temple fairs, strictly implement prevention and control measures such as wearing masks, ventilation and disinfection, and strictly prohibit holding performance activities at market and temple fairs. Strengthen normalized epidemic prevention and control in religious venues, and temporarily prohibit large-scale gatherings of religious activities.

6. Do a good job in health monitoring

Villages and units should strengthen health monitoring of people entering Bian and unit staff. After taking personal protection such as wearing masks, they should go to the nearest fever clinic for medical treatment and nucleic acid testing as soon as possible.
