However, the price protection period varies depending on the purchased goods:

1. For household appliances, you can apply for price protection within 30 days after signing for it;

2. For IT digital, communications, and daily necessities products, apply for price protection within 7 days of delivery;

3. For book products, apply for price protection before delivery, but considering the delivery speed of JD.com Quick, this deadline is only about 1 day.

Not enjoying price protection

1. Non Products purchased on the JD.com website do not support price guarantee;

2. Invalid orders do not support price guarantee. For example, orders that have been canceled or deleted, and orders that have applied for after-sales service do not support price guarantee;

3. After-sales refund orders, Flash sale orders and commercial purchase orders do not support price guarantee;

4. Price guarantee is not supported for unpaid orders in advance, and orders paid with limited-category coupons will be deducted from the calculation of limited-category coupons. Price difference;

5. Except for home appliances, IT digital, communications, daily necessities, books, and pop self-operated products, other products do not support price guarantee, such as group purchases/air tickets/lotteries/recharge/point cards /Contract Plan/Overseas Ordering/Third-Party Products, etc.;
