How soon will evcard be notified of the violation?

Each order will be automatically queried for 30 days. If there is any violation of the order during the inquiry, the system will send a short message to remind you. After the violation occurs, the EVCARD car rental system will not inform the user until the violation information of the order is updated. It usually takes about 2 days to receive SMS reminders.

Illegal car rental with EVCARD should be handled within 10 days after receiving the system prompt. If you can't handle the violation within the specified time, you can't rent a car again (you can continue renting a car within 7 days after receiving the violation message, and you can't continue renting a car if you don't handle it for more than 7 days). You need to wait for the violation to be dealt with before you can resume the car rental service.

EVCARD will check the violation within 30 days, and recharge the deposit within 30 days after the last order. If there is no violation, the system will prompt you to enter the APP to apply for a refund of the deposit (it is necessary to check whether the user registration information is complete, whether all violations have been handled, whether all violations and compensation responsibilities have been undertaken, and the deposit will be returned as scheduled after all the above are confirmed), and the deposit will arrive within 7- 15 working days after applying for a refund of the deposit.

After paying the violation fine, the voucher will be sent to the public mailbox of EVCARD company. EVCARD will check whether there is any violation record in official website within 7 working days, and then delete the user's violation record from the EVCARD car rental system. You can't rent a car until the record is deleted.
