If the account balance is insufficient or the account is in a special state such as oral loss reporting or password loss reporting, the ABC news service fee cannot be deducted, and the second batch of fees will be deducted at the end of the month. The fee deduction failed on the last day of the month, and the account news service will be stopped from next month. If there is no charge for three consecutive months, the system will no longer automatically charge and stop sending SMS.

Through the counter, online banking, bank payment can be opened, just pay the monthly usage fee. If you cancel after the arrears, you need to pay a one-month message service fee. The specific operation is as follows:

1. Counter: With my valid ID card and bank card with SMS service, I can pay at any outlet in China;

2. Bank of Communications: Log in to the Bank of Communications client and click "All → Local → Message Service → Payment" on the home page (the supplementary payment service is currently applicable to KBao and KLing customers).

3. Online banking: log in to personal online banking and click "Settings → Message Service → Message Service Payment" on the home page (this menu can only be seen if there is arrears).
