Can the Baotou Municipal Government Service Center apply for an ID card?

Take your household registration book to the police station where your household registration is located to apply for a replacement ID card.

To apply for and reissue an ID card, you need to prepare the following materials:

1. The applicant’s household registration book (original copy to be verified);

2. The applicant The resident ID card originally applied for (except for those who have no certificate or lost the certificate);

3. The applicant's "Digital Photography Receipt" (provided for new certificates or expired resident ID cards);

4. Resident ID card application registration form (printed by the household registration office of the police station).

Application process:

1. Bring the above materials to the police station where your household registration is located to apply for an ID card for the first time and fill in the application form.

2. After the application form and relevant documents are submitted, a preliminary review will be conducted. After confirmation, the applicant can receive the "Second Generation Resident ID Card Collection Voucher"

3. Within the notice time, take the "Second Generation Resident Identity Card Collection Voucher" to the police station where the application was processed to collect the certificate.

4. It is 20 yuan for each certificate to be renewed on schedule, and 40 yuan for each expired certificate.
