It's not a matter of time, it's a matter of whether to open a parking ticket. If there is no policeman taking pictures in front of and behind the car and leaving a parking ticket, it is not illegal. (three) in front of the bus stop, first aid station, gas station, fire hydrant or fire brigade (station) and on the road within 30 meters from the above places, no parking is allowed except using the above facilities;

(four) before the vehicle has stopped, it is not allowed to open the door to get on and off people, and opening and closing the door shall not hinder the passage of other vehicles and pedestrians;

(five) roadside parking should be close to the right side of the road, motor vehicle drivers are not allowed to get off, get on and off personnel or load and unload goods, and immediately leave;

(six) city buses are not allowed to stop on the road outside the station.

Article 93 of the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China may point out the illegal act and give a verbal warning to anyone who violates the provisions of road traffic safety laws and regulations on motor vehicle parking and temporary parking, and order him to leave immediately. If the driver of a motor vehicle is not at the scene or refuses to leave immediately although he is at the scene, thus obstructing the passage of other vehicles and pedestrians, a fine of not less than 20 yuan but not more than 200 yuan may be imposed, and the motor vehicle may be towed to a place that does not obstruct the traffic or parked at a place designated by the traffic management department of the public security organ. The traffic administrative department of the public security organ shall not charge the parties the trailer fee, and shall inform the parties of the parking place in time. If the motor vehicle is damaged due to improper traction methods, it shall be liable for compensation according to law.
