According to the unified deployment of the Ministry of Education and the requirements of the Notice of Hebei Provincial Department of Education on Printing and Distributing (Ji Teacher [2065438+03] No.9), the qualification examination (interview) for primary and secondary school teachers in Hebei Province will begin in the first half of 2022. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

First, the matters needing attention and related conditions for applying for the exam

Important note: In order to implement various measures to prevent and control the normalized epidemic situation, the registration information of all candidates taking the exam will be reviewed online. For the health and safety of the majority of candidates, all candidates must take this exam in strict accordance with the requirements of the announcement, and candidates who do not meet the requirements cannot enter the exam. Candidates are requested to read this announcement carefully before entering the exam, and understand the relevant requirements and registration conditions before completing the registration procedures. If the follow-up links such as interview and confirmation cannot be completed because the candidates fill in false information or do not meet the registration conditions, all consequences shall be borne by the candidates themselves.

(1) Matters needing attention in applying for the exam

1. Candidates must register in person through the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination network () of the Ministry of Education, and be responsible for the accuracy of their personal information and registration information. Training institutions or school groups are prohibited from enrolling students. If there is any violation, the responsibility shall be borne by the candidate himself.

2. Candidates who have passed the written test scores in all subjects in the categories reported and whose scores are within the validity period meet the interview registration conditions. The online registration system has the function of judging whether the written test scores of candidates meet the registration conditions. Candidates who fail the written test scores will not be able to register online for the next step.

3. Candidates who pass the written test before the first half of 2022 need to re-register and fill in personal information before the interview registration. Re-registration operation does not affect candidates' interview registration qualifications. Candidates who take the written test in the first half of 2022 do not need to re-register (including those who take the single-subject test in the first half of 2022).

4. Candidates who forget the registration password can reset it in the following three ways:

(1) Self-service password reset

Candidates can reset their passwords by answering the "password protection questions" preset at the time of registration.

(2) SMS to get the password

Candidates can get the password by filling in the SMS of their mobile phone number when registering. Note: SMS is an important way for candidates to retrieve their passwords. 6. After the candidate's personal online registration is completed, the registration page will be displayed as "pending review". After the online review by the staff (generally, the review time is 1-2 days), the registration page will be displayed as "to be paid". 7. (II) Scope of registration

1. Graduates who meet one of the following conditions

(1) China citizens with household registration in Hebei Province have not reached the national statutory retirement age and meet other conditions stipulated in the Teachers Law. (Note: Postgraduate candidates with household registration in Hebei Province do not need a residence permit. )

(2) Hold a residence permit within the validity period of Hebei Province. (Note: Temporary residence permit, temporary residence permit, etc. It is not the same as a residence permit and cannot be used instead. )

2. Third-year pre-school students with secondary education level set up by colleges with school qualifications in Hebei Province (this major needs to be "two-way filed" in the provincial enrollment management department and the provincial education administrative department) (see Annex 1).

3. Students from full-time colleges and universities in Hebei Province who are above grade three (including grade three), graduates from two-year (3+2) and five-year compulsory education colleges and universities, and ordinary full-time graduate students apply for the exam at the school location or household registration location. Students from Hebei University of Technology (Tianjin) who are above Grade Three can apply in Langfang.

4. Part-time college education needs to be applied after graduation.

5. According to the requirements of the General Office of the Ministry of Education, the Secretariat of the Work Office of Taiwan Province Province, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, and the Secretariat of the Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs Office of the State Council, the residents of Macao and Taiwan Province can apply for the qualification of primary and secondary school teachers in the Mainland (19) and the Education Department of Hebei Province. (3) Registration conditions

1. Only when all subjects in the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination (written examination) are qualified can you apply for an interview. 2. According to the Notice of the Education Department of Hebei Province on Printing and Distributing the Implementation Plan for the Qualification of Teachers in Primary and Secondary Schools and Kindergartens in Hebei Province (Ji Shi [2013] No.9) and the Physical Examination Standards and Methods for Applicants with Teacher Qualification in Hebei Province (Trial), the applicants for the teacher qualification examination (interview) should meet the age requirements and physical conditions stipulated in the document.

3. To apply for the kindergarten teacher qualification examination, normal graduates should have a secondary education degree in preschool education (this major has been "two-way promoted") and above, and non-normal graduates should have a college degree or above.

4. To apply for the primary school teacher qualification examination, you should have a college degree or above.

5. To apply for the teacher qualification examination of junior middle schools, senior middle schools and secondary vocational schools, you should have a bachelor's degree or above.

6. To apply for the qualification examination of internship guidance teachers in secondary vocational schools, you should have a college degree or above.

(4) Place of application

1. Graduates with household registration or residence permit in Hebei Province shall apply in the city where the household registration is located and the city where the residence permit is located.

2. Third-year pre-school students with secondary education level set up by colleges with school qualifications in Hebei Province can apply for the exam at the place where the school is located or where the household registration is located.

3. Students above grade three (including grade three) in full-time colleges and universities in Hebei Province can apply for the exam at the school location or household registration location.

Second, the timing.

1.April 2022 15 from 9:00 to April 18 17:00, which is the online registration time. Candidates can log in to the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination network () of the Ministry of Education to register within the specified time.

2. On April 6, 2022, from 9:00 to April 9, 2022, the staff checked the registration information online. Note: Candidates who have registered during the review period can still modify their personal information.

3. After passing the examination, the candidates will pay the examination fee online at 24: 00 on April 2 1 day. Those who fail to pay the registration examination fee according to the prescribed time shall be deemed to have given up this registration automatically.

4. From May 9 to May 15, 2022, you can download and print the interview admission ticket on the registration website.

On June 5, 2022, the interview results were published on the registration website. Candidates who have objections to their interview results can apply to the Education Bureau of the test center for review with their ID card and admission ticket within 10 working days after the interview results are announced.

Third, the interview content and subjects

1. Interview content: The interview takes the form of structured interview and scenario simulation, and is conducted through lesson preparation (or activity design), trial lecture (or demonstration) and defense (or presentation). Follow the Standards for Qualification Examination of Primary and Secondary School Teachers (Trial) and the Examination Outline (Trial) (interview part), and mainly assess the applicant's basic teaching literacy such as professional ethics, psychological quality, gfd, speech expression and thinking quality, and basic teaching skills such as teaching design, teaching implementation and teaching evaluation. Kindergarten interviews are not about specific topics.

The primary school interview is divided into 1 1 subjects, including Chinese, mathematics, English, morality and rule of law, science, music, sports, fine arts, mental health education in primary schools (supplementary), information technology (supplementary) and general education in primary schools (supplementary).

The interview subjects in junior high school are the same as the third subject (subject knowledge and teaching ability) in written test, and they are divided into 18 subjects: Chinese, mathematics, English, physics, chemistry, biology, morality and rule of law, history, geography, sports and health, music, fine arts, information technology, history and society, science, mental health education (new) and Japanese (new).

The interview subjects in senior high school (including cultural courses in secondary vocational schools) are the same as those in written examination subject 3 (subject knowledge and teaching ability), and are divided into 17 subjects: Chinese, mathematics, English, physics, chemistry, biology, ideology and politics, history, geography, sports and health, music, fine arts, information technology, general technology, mental health education (supplement) and

The cultural courses in secondary vocational schools are the same as those in high schools.

The examination of "professional knowledge and teaching ability" for specialized courses and internship guidance in secondary vocational schools mainly adopts the combination of interview and written examination when necessary.

Four. Interview procedure

Candidates arrive at the test center according to the specified time with the admission ticket and ID card, enter the waiting room to wait for the test, and participate in the interview according to the specified procedures.

Step 1: Choose a theme. According to the arrangement of test sites, log in to the interview evaluation software system, and the computer randomly selects test questions from the question bank (kindergarten candidates choose 1 from the two selected test questions, and only choose 1 for other categories). After the examinee confirms, the computer prints the list of test questions.

Step 2: Prepare lessons. Candidates enter the lesson preparation room with a list of test questions and lesson preparation paper to write lesson plans (or activity demonstration schemes). The preparation time is 20 minutes.

Step 3: Answer the prescribed questions. Candidates are guided by the staff to enter the designated interview room. The examiner randomly selects two prescribed questions from the test database and asks the candidates to answer them. The time is about 5 minutes.

Step 4: Try talking/demonstrating. Candidates give lectures (or demonstrations) according to the prepared teaching plan (or activity plan). The time is about 10 minute.

Step 5: Respond. The examiner asks questions around the content of the candidate's trial lecture (or demonstration), and the candidate answers. The time is about 5 minutes.

During the examination, candidates who violate the examination management regulations will be dealt with in strict accordance with the Measures for Handling Violations in National Education Examinations (Order No.33 of the Ministry of Education of People's Republic of China (PRC)). Those who violate the law, such as "organizing cheating", "providing cheating equipment or other help to others", "illegally selling test questions to others", "substituting others or letting others take exams instead of themselves", will abide by the law.

7. During the examination, our province monitored and recorded all the examination areas such as the examination room, and reviewed the examination process through video playback after the examination. If violations of laws and regulations are found, they will be dealt with separately according to relevant regulations. Candidates are requested to strictly abide by the examination discipline.

8 candidates who apply for specialized courses and practice instructors in secondary vocational schools should bring their own teaching materials. The interview procedure is as follows:

(1) The examiner specifies a chapter in the self-provided textbook as the interview content and writes it on the lesson preparation paper.

(2) Candidates prepare lessons for 20 minutes.

(3) Candidates try to talk, the examiner asks questions around the content of the candidates' trial talk, and the candidates answer. ***20 minutes. Note: In principle, all self-designed teaching materials should be officially published this semester, excluding personal handouts and internal materials. It is suggested to choose new or revised textbooks published in the last three years.

9. Fees: According to the document R&F Reform Price 1643 [202 1], the fee for this interview is 220 yuan per person.

(2) Achievement qualification certificate

Those who pass the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination (both written examination and interview are qualified) can obtain the primary and secondary school teacher qualification certificate. According to the notice of the Examination Center of the Ministry of Education, the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination is no longer issued in paper form. Candidates can directly inquire, download and print the "web version" of the primary and secondary school teacher qualification examination certificate in PDF format through the "certificate inquiry" column of the website of the Examination Center of the Ministry of Education, and provide it to the primary and secondary school teacher qualification certification department for use (black and white and color printing can be used). "Certificate of Qualification Examination for Primary and Secondary School Teachers" is a necessary condition for candidates to identify teachers' qualifications, and the certificate is valid for 3 years. (3) Determination of exemption from test

(4) Examination date

Candidates must attend the interview at the designated test center on time according to the specific test schedule on the admission ticket.

(5) Instructions for candidates of epidemic prevention and control:

According to the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education and the General Office of the National Health and Wellness Committee on Printing and Distributing the Guiding Opinions of the National Education Inspection Team on Epidemic Prevention and Control under the Normalization of Epidemic Prevention and Control in COVID-19 (No.8 [2020] of the Education Department) and the requirements of epidemic prevention and control in our province, the following requirements are put forward for the epidemic prevention and control work during the interview:

1. Candidates must have no foreign residence history within 28 days before the test, no domestic residence history in middle and high-risk areas within 2 1 day before the test, no close contact history of confirmed cases, suspected cases, asymptomatic infected persons and the above three groups in COVID-19 within 2 1 day before the test, and no county where the middle and high-risk areas are located within 14 days before the test.

2. All candidates should apply for "Hebei Health Code" and "Communication Big Data Travel Card" in advance, fill in their personal information truthfully, punch in "Hebei Health Code" every day, and report their body temperature 14 days before the exam.

3. Candidates who have symptoms such as fever and dry cough within 0/4 days before the exam/kloc-should seek medical advice in time. Those who get better after treatment must be professionally evaluated by health departments, disease control institutions and medical institutions one by one. Examination (interview) institutions will comprehensively judge and evaluate whether they have the conditions to take the examination normally under the premise of ensuring the safety and health of the majority of candidates and examination staff, and those who do not have them may not take the examination.

4. During the examination, when the invigilator carries out identity verification, candidates must take off their masks and actively cooperate with the inspection. Those who have respiratory symptoms such as fever during the examination should report to the invigilator in time, and after being evaluated by on-site medical and health professionals, comprehensively judge whether they have the conditions to take the examination, and dispose of them according to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control work.

5. Every time a candidate enters a test center, he/she must present Hebei Province health code (including communication big data travel card), valid resident ID card and admission ticket, submit his/her signed self-assessment report on the health status of the candidate (Annex 3), and I have twice negative nucleic acid tests within 7 days and 48 hours (the calculation time for nucleic acid testing is at least 24 hours before the candidate enters the final exam). 6.
