According to the requirements of the Emergency Notice of COVID-19 Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters on Continuing to Strictly Implement the Management Measures of the Passage from Han to Hubei, the municipal epidemic prevention and control headquarters decided to strictly control the travel of people and vehicles in Yi from 11:3 on February 25th, 22. The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

1. The issuance of exit certificates for all people and vehicles in Yi is suspended, and all those issued in the early stage will be invalid. The county epidemic prevention and control headquarters will take back those who have not yet traveled, and the traffic control points will take back those who have already traveled.

2. Except for people and vehicles who need to leave Hubei due to epidemic prevention and control, medical rescue, emergency rescue, funeral services, transportation of production and living materials, etc., all traffic control points in the city are not allowed to release other people and vehicles who should leave Hubei. If it is really necessary to leave Hubei due to other special circumstances, it must be reported to the municipal epidemic prevention and control headquarters for approval before release.

3. For the foreign personnel stranded in Yi due to the control of the passage from Hubei, all localities should properly do a good job in the service guarantee of the foreign personnel stranded in Hubei during the prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic in accordance with the requirements of the Notice of the Provincial COVID-19 Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters.
